Blog tips for the day

Okay, after checking around I find that there are a lot of cookies being placed on my pc while using blogspot. After more checking, it seems that it is owned by Google (and we all know about google's privacy policy while using the google toolbar.

It was highly recommended to me that I try Thingamablog (http://thingamablog.sourceforge.net/). This is a free program that will allow you to run your blog from your own website. It looks pretty cool and it is from a company that has put out a ton of Awesome free programs in the past (sourceforge.net).

Let me know if anyone has heard anything about this program.
